Remote Support Is Often Faster Than an On-Site Visit
Many UniFi issues are configuration-related and can be diagnosed without touching the physical equipment. Remote support is especially useful for controller migrations, VLANs, VPNs, firewall rules, adoption problems and configuration cleanup.
When an On-Site Visit Is Better
Physical cabling faults, damaged connectors, poor AP placement, fiber problems, power issues and equipment replacement may require hands-on work. On-site service is available in Virginia and North Carolina.
